And then in the last three weeks I took the comquest questions for the comat and divided it by 18 days and just that many questions a day I had questions that seemed almost exactly from Comquest just reworded. I have 3 weeks for my exam. comquest +/- truelearn for the 2nd two weeks leading up to the comat. Though I only used UWorld for both COMAT and Step 2, UWorld was more than sufficient to comfortably pass COMAT. My overall COMAT average was 110. I only used comquest when I first took it, and ended up failing by one point - I used UWorld to study for a retake and almost honored it. IM is kind of a beast, but I have 3 IM rotations and a neuro block before the comat, so I did the questions over an 8 week block instead of a 4; I was able to get through 2 question banks. It was very reflective of the real thing and had a lot of the FM only questions (vaccines, prevention, risk factors, etc) types of questions I saw on the real thing. There was a lot of neuro on mine! Go thru all the neuro on Comquest. Averaged 100-105ish using comquest. Their score predictions were also all within 3-5 points of my actual score. Comquest by itself got me through a lot of COMATs without stress, but OB/GYN was the exception for those who have done COMQUEST + incorrects for COMATS, was your score on a COMAT closer to what you got on the first round or the score after doing incorrects.
